After upgrading, you can create additional tournaments and invite more players right away.

Download invoices

Match Point generates an invoice at the start of every billing period and for any mid-cycle plan changes.
  1. Go to Account > Billing.
  2. Click the Invoices tab.
  3. Find the invoice you need in the list, sorted by date.
  4. Click the Download PDF icon next to the invoice row.
Invoices include your organization name, billing period, plan details, and tax line items if applicable. You can also email an invoice directly to your finance contact by clicking Send and entering an email address.

Cancel your subscription

If you no longer need Match Point, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  1. Open Account > Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.
After cancellation, your organization reverts to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. If you have more than 10 players or an active tournament, you will need to archive excess data before the downgrade takes effect.
