View the bracket
Open the tournament and select the Bracket tab. Match Point renders the full bracket tree for elimination formats, or the pool tables for round robin and Swiss. Each match card shows the scheduled time, court assignment, and current status (pending, in progress, or completed).Adjust seeding before the first match
If you selected manual seeding, or if you want to override ranking-based seeding, click Edit Seeding in the Bracket tab. Drag and drop participants to reorder them. The bracket preview updates in real time. Click Lock Seeding to finalize the order and notify participants of their first-round assignments.Advance winners
When a match ends and scores are entered, the winning participant automatically advances to the next round in elimination brackets. For round robin and Swiss, standings recalculate immediately based on wins, losses, and tiebreakers. If you need to override an advancement (for example, to correct a scoring error), open the match card, click Edit Result, update the score, and the bracket will recalculate.Handle walkovers
If a participant fails to appear or withdraws, open their match card and select Walkover. Choose whether the opponent receives a win by default or if both sides are removed. In elimination brackets, a walkover advances the opponent. In round robin, it records as a forfeit and affects tiebreakers. In double elimination tournaments, Match Point generates both the winners bracket and the losers bracket automatically. A player who loses once drops into the losers bracket and can still reach the final. The grand final may include a bracket reset if the losers bracket winner defeats the undefeated winners bracket champion.
